Travel Pals offers exclusive, members-only access to wholesale travel and lifestyle deals, including cruises, hotels, resorts and other vacation-related services. All members are entitled to discounts and benefits as described in their membership plan. Membership packages include varying levels of benefits, such as additional family plan memberships and annual resort weeks.
Prospective members must complete a qualification process to access Travel Pals’ concierge service and exclusive offers. This includes filling out a form and/or scheduling a call. Membership benefits, including access to a 90-minute virtual presentation and promotional offers, are subject to availability and eligibility requirements.
Travel Pals offers promotional gifts, such as complimentary cruise tickets, to individuals who attended the 90-minute virtual presentation. These Travel Pals promotional offers are subject to taxes and eligibility requirements. Promotional gifts may require attendees to pay applicable taxes and fees, which are not included in the offer. Eligibility may vary depending on the timing of the promotion, and offers may not be valid for attendees who have participated within the past year.
Travel Pals members have access to a U.S.-based travel concierge who can assist with vacation planning, booking and any travel-related issues. Our concierge agents are salaried professionals who do not work on commission and are dedicated only to helping members secure the absolute best prices and enjoy a stress-free travel experience. Travel Pals’ concierge services exclude visa assistance or personal requests unrelated to travel logistics.
Travel Pals offers members optional travel insurance at an additional cost. Travel insurance is not included in membership fees and is available at the members’ discretion.
Members are eligible for refundable rates on certain bookings, subject to the terms and conditions of the specific travel package. Cancellations and refunds may vary depending on the travel provider and the type of booking.
Travel Pals partners with leading travel service providers worldwide, including cruise lines, airlines, hotels, vacation homes and resorts. These partners include but are not limited to, Royal Caribbean, Norwegian, Disney, Sandals, Marriott, Hilton and Hyatt. Travel Pals is not responsible for the actions or services of third-party providers. We strive to provide the best customer service possible but cannot guarantee the performance or quality of services offered by third-party vendors.
Travel Pals memberships are transferable. Members can add family or friends to their plan, enabling them to enjoy exclusive perks and savings. The membership is designed to offer flexible travel benefits for multiple generations, including grandparents, adult children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
We value your privacy and handle your personal information with the utmost care. Travel Pals collects personal information from prospective members during the qualification process and for the purpose of managing membership services. Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties except as required for booking travel services or promotional offers.
Travel Pals makes no representations or warranties regarding the availability or suitability of travel offers, and all travel services are subject to availability. While we work to offer the best prices and services, Travel Pals does not guarantee that travel arrangements will be free from disruption or cancellation.
Travel Pals’ liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or membership. Members are encouraged to read the terms and conditions provided by travel service providers before confirming any bookings.
Travel insurance is an optional add-on. Travel Pals encourages members to consider it for comprehensive coverage. Travel Pals is not responsible for any travel-related risks or unforeseen events that may occur during your travel.
